The Every Company will manufacture its animal-free egg white protein, OvoPro, at commercial scale at an ADM plant in Clinton, Iowa, the second commercial-scale OvoPro facility worldwide after Bulgaria. ADM VP for innovation Kris Lutt said expanding protein supply requires 'innovative new ingredient options.' OvoPro's 2026 order volume grew 550% over all of 2025 in the first four months of the year, and the product has a 24-month shelf-stable life against eggs' cold-chain requirement.
